OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 February 2008 Centreinvest Group, a Russian investment bank and member of My Bank Group, announced today that Alexei Gurin has assumed the title of President of Centreinvest group in addition to his position as the group’s CEO. Former Centreinvest Group president and co-founder, Igor Tsukanov, has left the company as planned after selling most of his interest in Centreinvest Group to My Bank Group in May 2007.

"Igor Tsukanov helped found and develop Centreinvest into a formidable company. We hope to make him proud as we build upon his success,” said Mr. Gurin.

“I’m confident in the new management’s ability to further expand Centreinvest Group as I pursue new challenges. I will continue to root for the company and offer advice whenever it is needed,” said Mr.Tsukanov.

Tsukanov will remain head of Centreinvest Capital Partners, a related company devoted to the management of private equity investments.
