OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 February 2008 was announced, that shipbuilders of Sevmash and their families took part in “Ski track of Russia 2008”.

Great sport event gathered above 1000 people. Competitions took place at “Sever” stadium which is the central structure of Severodvinsk. It’s worth mentioning that sport base of shipbuilders – Sport complex “Sevmash” - is one of the best in the region with respect to equipment.

 Sevmash Director General Nikolay Kalistratov greeted participants of competition. This event united fans of one of the most popular and mass kinds of sport. At the end all participants received presents: caps with emblem “Ski Track of Russia 2008”. Every year this event becomes more and more significant in shipbuilders sport life.

Start of the strongest took place at 12.00. The best skiers showed skill, spirit and will to victory in honest and good struggle. It was the first time when family relay races were arranged. 10 families competed in speed and received medals, orders and candies.
