OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 February 2008 was announced, that a socially oriented centre with outlets of consumer market and service where a city-wide discount program will be valid is to be built in the Moscow district Northern Butovo, on Dmitry Donskoy Boulevard, by 2010.

According to the order by Moscow City Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, the license to design and build the centre was given to JSC Socially Oriented Retail Network.

The total ultimate area of the centre is to exceed 13,000 square metres, the substructure with a parking garage will occupy 3,650 square metres.

A 1,200-square-metre multiplex will be set up in the centre. Numerous cafes will occupy about 500 square metres.

Food and nonfood stores, a cafe for children with a playground, a club for veterans and pensioners and other facilities will be also allocated in the centre.
