OREANDA-NEWS. February 13, 2008. The new department was founded for effecting the single tariff policy and improving the state management in the area of tariff regulation in Republic. The Committee of RT for tariffs was founded in accordance with the Order by President dd., 25 January 2008. Committee of RT for tariffs is in a system of executive power of Republic as the Republican department and its Chairman -as part of Cabinet of Ministers of RT. This body became the assignee of Republican Energy Commission (REC) of RT.

Recently The Premier of RT Rustam Minnihanov presented in the Cabinet of Ministers of RT the new chairman of the Committee of Republic of Tatarstan for Tariffs – this position was taken by Marina Fairushina, former chief of the planning and economical office of JSC "Tatenergo".

Marina Anatolievna Fairushina in 1992 graduated form Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) majoring in "Industrial Thermal Power Engineering".

In 1998 graduated from Kazan State Financial and Economical Institute (KFEI). In 2001-2002 she worked as deputy chairman of Republican energy commission of RT. In 1997–2001 she was they head of department of state inspection for energy of RT. For now Marina Fairushina is an acting chief. Her appointment for this position will pass the procedure of agreeing in Federal Service for Tariffs (FST).
