OREANDA-NEWS. On February 08, 2007 Board of directors of the National holding KazAgro JSC (Astana), being the only shareholder of the National company Food contract corporation JSC (Astana, hereafter - "the company"), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, on their meeting on January 25 of 2008 took the following decisions, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- to enclose the deal in which there is an interest with an affiliated company of the company - Cotton contract corporation JSC, about handing over products of processing of raw cotton in an asset management;

- since October 1, 2007 to stop the authorities of S.K. Omarov as a member of Board of the company and to elect the vice-president of the company N.E. Ospanov as a member of Board of the company.
