OREANDA-NEWS. On February 11, 2007 Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty) securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with the press-release in which is informed that on January 31, 2008 the bank introduced the electronic tender floor www.e-tender.kz, reported the press-centre of KASE.

By information of the bank, project was launched together with information agency Trade.su (www.ia-trade.su) - leading supplier of information about tenders and purchasing of commercial organizations and state structures on the territory of CIS.

"Operational core of system is electronic tender floor, providing conduction of procedures of products' purchasing, commodities and services on the basis of information about suggestion, formed by enterprisers and organizations - users of (suppliers) of system in the frames of normative-legal are of purchasing. As the winner of electronic tender is announcing the supplier, suggestion of which corresponds to all requirements, containing in tender documents, and is the best based upon criteria, such as price, terms, quality, payment terms, guarantee and service liabilities and other estimating parameters", - is indicated in the message.

For submitting of bid and participating in trades the supplier have to be earlier registered in the system or to pass through registration procedure http://www.e-tender.kz/register and receive the login, password for entering to system. Process of tender conduction consists from three stages:

- at the first stage registered supplier till start of trades holding is sending the formed bid according to tender documents;

- at the second stage supplier at the moment of trades' holding gives the price suggestion and indicates the terms of supply and payment. At the moment of trades supplier receives the access to information about stated price and terms of delivery and payment of other participants of  tender, due to what he has an ability within the limited moment of time to provide more competitive suggestion;

- on the third stage by tender commission is holding the consideration of suggestions, summarizing of results of tender and determination of winner.

During year 2008 is supposed the using of tender floor for holding of purchasing for bank and other companies of HalykGroup. In far perspective are considered the variants for provision of floor www.e-tender.kz for organizing of tender by third parties.
