OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2007. Shareholder Haralds Abolins sold 4,878% of his shares to “HRG ieguldijumi, Ltd.” As a result of this transaction, “HRG ieguldijumi, Ltd.” now owns 9,756% of JSC “Regionala investiciju banka” shares, and has become the bank’s second biggest shareholder, reported the press-centre of DnB NORD Banka.

At present, the shareholders and share shareout in (%) are as follows:
JSB “Pivdennyi" – 89,02%
“HRG ieguldijumi, Ltd." – 9,756%
Vladis Spare – 1,219%
Haralds Abolins – 0,0013%
Aleksandr Kuperman – 0,0013%
Daiga Muravska – 0,0013%

The share capital has not been changed and at present is 8,2 million LVL.
