OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 February 2008 Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine initiated the procedure of assignment of a long-term credit rating to UAH50m 3-year coupon bonds (A and B series) to be issued by Cherkassy-based Agroekoprodukt CJSC (`Issuer` or `company`). The company`s principal activity is production of canned fruits, vegetables and sauces. In the course of analysis Credit-Rating will consider Issuer`s financial statements and its other information.

A credit rating assigned to a debt obligation indicates obligor`s capacity to timely and in full meet its commitments on the obligation. In the view of a rating`s level, investors may assess investment risks associated with the purchase of Issuer`s bonds.
