OREANDA-NEWS. On 12 February 2008  was announced, that the city authorities allowed the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MSTU) to build in 2008-2009 a hostel-hotel for serving delegations and providing foreign students with accommodation.

“The total area of the object on 4/2 Gospitalnaya Quay will equal 8,900 square metres, the building is designed to have 88 rooms,” a source from the city administration said.

The source added that the creation of 24 parking lots was stipulated by the construction plan.
