OREANDA-NEWS.  February 12, 2008. The Board of Directors held its regular session on February 1. CEO Igor Konovalov presented his report on the full year 2007 plan performance. The session heard the security department chief's report on the company's security system performance. The board approved the 2008 Marketing Plan with amendments made by the board members. The session also discussed candidates for the nomination to the board and inspection and counting commissions.
