OREANDA-NEWS.  February 12, 2008. In Stolbishchi settlement of Laishevo region of Tatarstan were presented the two new companies, the part of the core of production companies formed in Republic of Tatarstan energy cluster – the factories "Eltehnika - Volga" and "Таtteploizolyatsia".

Participants of the Tatarstan energy cluster, project institutes, engineering organizations, educational establishments, investors, contractor and commercial organizations, big consumers of electric and thermal products were familiarized with the first in Republic large productions of the set switchgears (KRU) and pre-insulated pipes in foam polyurethane insulation.

"Construction of the factories mark the transfer in Republic to advanced power and power conservation technologies and formation at Tatarstan thе own production base, that will provide the needs of the power system at the stage of intensive development, in facilities and materials. It is important to unite the entire process - form production and transpiration till mounting and operation", - told in his speech-presentation General Director of the Holding company "Tatenergo" Ilshat Fardiev. He said that application of advanced world technologies in production increases its reliability and safety. Further on were touched the volumes of the started production process.

The volumes pf production at "Eltehnika -Volga" (joint venture of "INVENT" and Petersburg production association "Eltehnika ") will constitute up to 600 cells "Аvrora" on 6 and 10 kV and up to 100 units of low potential devices "Neva" per year. " Таtteploizolyatsia, Ltd" plans to produce annually up to 600 km of pipes of middle diameter, insulated according to the Finnish technology "pipe in the pipe". The companies execute the entire complex of works from design to mounting and commissioning of the object to customer – аns these are the engineering networks of heat supply and hot water – the turn-key assembly. At the plant is founded the own design group, and pipes and fittings are made according to requirements and considering the technical specifications of the order.

New companies are founded as part of the project "Synergy", pursued by the Republicаn group of companies "INVENT" (Investments in power technologies). The managerial company "INVENT" is in charge of several projects. Majority have been embodied – these companies today are successful on the market. In Zainsk work the two companies of the group "INVENT" – factory "ТАТEK", producing the block set transformer substations and " Zainsk Factory of Metal Constructions", producing sandwich-panels and metal goods.

Started the production of the set transformer substations (КTP) and control boards (SCH-70) at Urussu electro-mechanical factory". In Kazan at the plant "Stroykommash" are manufactured the poles for electricity transmission lines, metal forms for ZHBI. In the plans of "INVENT" - construction in Republic the cable and transformer factories, factory for production of aluminum rolled materials, and factory for production of fittings of self- bearing insulated lines (SIP).

Creation of energy cluster is a comprehensive program related to the young specialists employment. "INVENT" use the integrate approach to training and development of staff. Future specialists receive university degree in profile institutions, and then go to practice to the companies of the energy cluster with further employment.

It is planned to teach them in special classes organized in general schools. Today already at the new operations of "Таtteploilolyatsia, Ltd" and "Eltehnika –Volga, Ltd" work some 30 young specialists, recent graduates of Kazan Universities (KGEU, KGTU, KGASU, etc.). The are the specialists of engineering professions, electro- assemblers, relay staff, adjusters, designers, technologists, operators, lab men etc.

Staff recruitment goes on. It is planned to increase the number of staff, engaged in the new productions, minimum, twice. At necessity of further development in Republic the energy cluster paid attention President of RT Mintimer Shaimiev . In annual message to State Council of RR for 2008 as one of priorities he stressed the continued formation of energy cluster, which would allow to transform the power engineering form infrastructure composite and utility business in We talk about not only electricity supply to energy stock exchange, wholesale electricity market. This is the products of the companies, rendering services in the area of engineering, power service, power machine- and instrument building, educational establishments of various level", - emphasized the Head of Republic.
