OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 February 2008 was announced, that Over 48.6 RUR mln was spent in 2007 to fulfil social guarantees and benefits according to the collective agreement approved by Ust-Ilimsk Branch of Ilim Group. In 2007, the collective agreement was implemented fully in all its sections.

The programme of additional health insurance for the staff received a financing of approximately RUR 8 mln.

Over RUR 1.7 mln was spent to cover personnel meals expenses.

In order to organize summer holidays for the employees’ children, the company spent RUR 1.2 mln. Over RUR 7.8 mln was spent to cover holiday travelling expenses.

Over RUR 11.7 mln was spent to organize personnel transportation to work sites.

Sports and health promoting actions such as organizing sports competitions among the company’s departments, financing staff health groups and renting gyms received over RUR 1.3 mln.

Apart from that, as stated in the collective agreement, the company spent over RUR 1 mln to cover staff prosthetic dentistry expenses, gave special bonuses to the employees who celebrated their jubilee in 2007, and provided other financial aid as stipulated in the collective agreement.

An average social package for the branch’s employee in 2007 amounted to RUR 22 962.
