OREANDA-NEWS. On February 09, 2007 Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk predicted the 2008 inflation at 10%. This was disclosed by him at a press conference, reported the Official website www.kmu.gov.ua.

Viktor Pynzenyk reminded that the Government will reconsider macroeconomic figures, working through the 2008 state budget, yet the predicted inflation of 9,6% will remain the same.

This is an ambitious tasks, we are ready to solve it, he said. According to data of the State Committee of Statistics January inflation totaled 2,9%.
