On February 04, 2007 SAT & Company JSC (Almaty), shares and bonds of which are included in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, had notified KASE by the official letter that on February 29, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. takes place the prescheduled general meeting of its shareholders, on which the question of creating a service of internal audit of SAT & Company JSC will be considered, reported the press-centre of KASE.
