On February 07, 2007 Work group for selection of investors and managers for tanning and footwear industry, established on the decree of the Cabinet Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan # 03-23-139 as of December 11, 2007 advertised the Tender for selling of the following properties of the National Bank for FEA of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which were included into assets of Bank for repayment of credits, reported the press-centre of National Bank

- Equipment on the skin processing and the sewing of the jacket & sheepskin coat production of Turkey together with buildings and constructions (JV “Kasmir-Deri”)

- Equipment on the production of shoes production of Germany and Austria together with buildings and constructions (JV “Yangi vega” and JSC “Kichkintoy”)

- Equipment on the production of shoes Production of Italy together with buildings and constructions (JV “Alta-Ltd”)

- Equipment on the skin processing production of Turkey together with buildings and constructions (JV “Semurg Sante”)

- Equipment on the production of shoes Production of Italy together with buildings and constructions of Urgench branch of the company “Khorazmpoyabzali” (JV “Darital”)

- Buildings and constructions intended for shoes manufacture (without the equipment)  (Gurlen branch of the company “Khorazmpoyabzali”)

- Buildings and construction intended for shoes manufacture (without the equipment) (Khanka branch of the company “Khorazmpoyabzali”)

The following companies can participate in the tender:
-    Corporate bodies (juridical persons) - residents registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and/or
-    Corporate bodies (juridical persons) - nonresidents registered in accordance with foreign legislation, and for which it is not forbidden to participate in tenders or to engage in the activity connected with the organization of the production and management of tanning and footwear industry.

The candidate companies should meet the requirements indicated in the tender documents, including:
1. The investors, who wish to buy the above-mentioned property complexes (properties), should present the confirmation of:
-    the work experience in the tanning and footwear industry or in any other industry;
-    already realized investment projects;
-    stable financial status allowing to buy the enterprise in the conditions established in the tender documentation.

2. The investors who wish to participate in the tender should present also the following documents:
-    readiness to start their work not later than two months after signing the purchase Contract of tender object.

3. Can not participate in the tender, the companies:
-    under bankruptcy and liquidation;  
-    not having outstanding debts on the payments before the government bodies and overdue payments on the bank credit.

The candidate participants can obtain the tender documentation and detailed information about the procedures of holding a tender from the organizers every day from 7th February, 2008 till the deadline of the tender offers (applications) on the following address:
