OREANDA-NEWS. On February 06, 2007 the Senate of Supreme Court reviewed the cassation claim of the MAS "Kaija" filed against AS "Latvijas Krajbanka" for the recovery of loss in the amount of 1,7 million lats, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

The Senate of Supreme Court overrode the cassation claim of MAS "Kaija".

The judgement of the Senate of Supreme Court is unappealable.
