OREANDA-NEWS. February 7, 2008. The Directors Board of Altaivagon OJSC made a decision on the calling of an extraordinary shareholders meeting that is to take a decision on the amalgamation of Kemerovokhimmash and Altaivagon.

The two enterprises have worked in close proximity since 2003. Lately the demand for Khimprom's products declined and its owners made a decision to form a single enterprise to be engaged primarily in railcar building.
