OREANDA-NEWS. On 7 February 2008 was announced, that the construction division of Borodino group of companies commissioned an A+ business centre with apartments and underground parking on 11 Nikoloyamskaya Street, bldg 5,6.

According to a source from Borodino, the investment in the construction of the office centre totaled about $45 million.

The company is selling the areas in the centre, as of today 30 per cent of the areas have been purchased. The areas are being sold into ownership. It is expected to realize a sum of roughly 2 billion roubles after selling.

Borodino group offered for sale more than 2,500 square metres of office spaces, an 800-square-metre attic, the apartments on 6-10 floors with the total area of more than 4,000 square metres and 90 parking stalls in the underground car park.

The building on Nikoloyamskaya Street is the second developer's project realized in Moscow by Borodino, the first one is Borodino office and business centre opened in 2007.
