OREANDA-NEWS. On 5th February 2008 KOPEX received a written confirmation from the main investor – the PT Indominco Mandiri Company located in Jakarta – on the preferred consortium chosen to execute the I project’s stage related to construction of a mine in Eastern Kalimantan. PT Indominco Mandiri Company is owner of the concession to construct the mine in Indonesia.

The chosen consortium consists of 3 companies: KOPEX SA, KOPEX SA – Przedsiebiorstwo Budowy Szybow ( KOPEX’s subsidiary company specialising in mining construction) and PT Tunnel Mining Indonesia located in Jakarta.

The estimated value of the final agreement is thou. USD 10,500.
