OREANDA-NEWS. February 6, 2008. President Ilham Aliyev met with the delegation headed by the President of the International Olympic Committee Jacques Rogge.

 At the meeting, an exchange of views was conducted on wide-range measures concerning the renovation of sport infrastructure, the organization of a number of important international sport events at the highest level.

It was particularly stressed that the special attention paid by President Ilham Aliyev to this sphere is highly appreciated by International Olympic Committee.
