On 6 February 2008 was announced, that the stockholders’ meeting of JSC Comcor, a part of RENOVA MEDIA holding, approved Denis Valerievich Lobanov to be the Director General of the company. The key trends of his work will be as follows: a stronger commercial block of the company, implementation of telephone services, rendering of integrated services, including those within the frameworks of business-center activity.

Aram Sarkisovich GRIGORIAN, the former Comcor Director General, will act in the company as a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Denis Lobanov graduated from the Moscow Bauman Technical University and the postgraduate traineeship at the Moscow State Academy of Instrument Making And Informatics. He took a Ph.D. degree.

Before joining JSC Comcor D. Lobanov was a Deputy Director General (Commerce) of JSC MGTS. He has considerable expertise in establishing a sales system and management of services in the telecommunication industry.
