OREANDA-NEWS.  On 6 February 2008  was announced, that the meeting of the Board of Directors took place in JSC Lipetskenergo (is a part of JSC IDGC of Center) on January 30 in the form of absentee voting. All members of the Board of Directors took part in consideration of six items of the agenda of the meeting.

As a result, the Standard for Business Planning in a new edition and target values of key performance indicators of JSC Lipetskenergo for 2008 were approved. Besides, the members of the Board of Directors approved the Program of actions on prevention of traumatism which was chosen as a priority direction of activity of the company.

Also the resolution on amending the structure of the Central Competitive Commission of the Company was adopted. The personnel structure of the Central Competitive Commission of JSC Lipteskenergo will include representatives of JSC IDGC of Center and JSC Lipetskenergo. The commission will be headed by Vladimir Ilyukhin, Deputy General Director for Logistics and Economic Maintenance.
