OREANDA-NEWS. February 04, 2007. According to the report on the activity of the State Tax Service (STS), in 2007 the state budget got 4 bln 345,8 mln leis, 27,7 % more than in 2006; territorial-administrative units budgets got – 2 bln 769,1 mln leis, 16,6 % increase; state social security budget – 4 bln 288,6 mln leis, 17,6 % more than in 2006; fond of obligatory medical insurance – 760,2 mln leis - 50,2 % increase.

High rate of receipt has allowed to increase the incomes of the national public budget by 1 bln 198 mln leis, as a result, the incomes were performed at a level of 101,3 %. The STS report states, performance of the income part of the national public budget was fulfilled despite Russian ban on Moldovan wines import, unfavourable climate conditions, local elections.

The STS data say, by the end of 2007 672000 tax payers got registered, 13500 (2%) more than in 2007. From the total number of tax-payers 78,1 % or 524800 – farmer households.
