The deputy director of Atomenergoprom OJSC Kirill Komarov has been elected the chairman of the board of directors of ZIOMAR OJSC and the chairman of the board of directors of ZiO-Podolsk OJSC. Komarov is also the chairman of the board of directors of EMAliance-Atom CJSC and Atomenrgomash OJSC.

Atomenergomash OJSC is a holding specializing in production of equipment for nuclear and thermal power plants. The key industrial assets of Atomenergomash, ZiO-Podolsk, closely cooperates with ZIOMAR. Both companies are controlled by EMAlance-Atom, whose 50%+1 shares belong of Atomenergomash.

Atomenergomash is 100% subsidiary of TVEL OJSC, which is part of Atomenergoprom OJSC.
