OREANDA-NEWS. On 5 February 2008 was announced, that Integra Group has mandated АBN AMRO Bank N.V. and ING Bank N.V. (together the “Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers”) to arrange a debut USD 150,000,000 syndicated loan facility. The Facility will be used by the Company to finance business expansion and working capital including the refinancing of some of its current debt facilities. The Facility is a term loan with a 1-year final maturity. It pays a margin of 2.35% per annum for the first 6 months and 2.75% for months 7 to 12. Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers have underwritten the deal and syndication of the facility is expected to be launched in February, 2008.
