OREANDA-NEWS. February 5, 2008. On purpose to increase the reliability of supply of the enterprise with high-quality water the reconstruction of equipment of drinking water boreholes and installation of system of remote monitoring and control of engineering process and also communications system and fire alarm system on them are carried out at “Tulachermet” public corporation. Seven boreholes, which are located at significant distance from the territory of the enterprise, supply “Tulachermet” with drinking water. In order to secure safety of equipment of these strategic objects and also to control their work it was decided to install a fire alarm system on each borehole, and also mount up-to-date equipment – frequency converters, which together with automatic process control system can regulate the work of borehole equipment and execute automatic computer-aided control. Executed measures allow solving the main problem – security protection of factory water supply point and also optimization of process of water extraction from Sejenskiy water supply point, having decreased its waste, improving conditions of equipment operation and increasing reliability of work of the whole system of enterprise water supply.
