OREANDA-NEWS.  On 1 February 2008 Oleg Vorotnitsky was announced to be appointed Head of Equity Operations at URALSIB Financial Corporation. Mr. Vorotnitsky is a 1999 graduate of the Department of Engineering Business and Management of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. From 1997 to 2000, he was an equity trader at NIKoil. In August 2000 he moved to Brunswick UBS, where he participated in large share placements of YUKOS, Sibneft, Norilsk Nikel and Mechel. Mr. Vorotnitsky worked for URALSIB as Head of Equity Trading since 2005.

Boris Ginsburg has been appointed Head of Fixed Income at URALSIB Capital. Mr. Ginsburg graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University and received MBA from Pace University of New York, USA. He joined URALSIB Financial Corporation as Head of Fixed Income Research in 2002. Previously he worked at Banque Paribas and Deutsche Bank in New York.

Steve Dalton has been appointed Head of Equity Trading at URALSIB. Mr. Dalton is a graduate of Sutton Grammar School in the UK where he specialised in mathematics, statistics and economics. Prior to joining URALSIB, Mr. Dalton worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he was a senior trader and a director. Previously he worked for ING Baring Securities Ltd. for eight years as Head of regional trading operations, where he supervised a team of 15 people dealing with security trading in Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
