OREANDA-NEWS. January 31, 2008. The head of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Control of Russia (Rostekhnadzor) Konstantin Pulikovsky has decreed to put into force requirements to the nomenclature and content of documents substantiating the design and production of equipment for nuclear facilities.

The requirements are compulsory for organizations applying to the central and regional offices of Rostekhnadzor for the right to design or produce equipment for nuclear facilities.

The requirements specify all documents such organizations should have for applying for license.

The content of the documents should comply with the relevant standards.

This document is supposed to serve as a guide for Rostekhnadzor employees providing licenses to organizations designing and producing equipment for nuclear facilities.
