OREANDA-NEWS. January 31, 2008. As of December 2007 in Ukraine was set a new maximum limit of new car’s purchase. According to Mr. Andrey Rybalko, the Head of autocredititng department of RODOVID BANK, the sale advance has several reasons: "First of all, it is linked with information about the growing prices on transport facilities in 2008 year. Then, it is linked with the predictable growing prices on pension savings from 3% to 9%. Moreover the grace period of tax liability has finished for the national producers . And for the last time, the financial responsibility of population was increased significantly".

It is necessary to mark, that for the December, 2007 there were sold more than 61 thousand new cars. In comparison with December, 2006 advance in sales has made 79,9%. In total the auto dealers have sold more than 542 thousands cars for one year (but earlier the analysts predicted another figure – 540 thousand). Thus, according to the prognosis, conducted by the "AUTO-Consalting" analyst group, December was the best month for all history of Ukrainian auto market.
