OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 January 2008 was announced, that according to this Memorandum JSC Kazakhtelecom intends to take part in working out and improving of State obligatory standards of professional education in telecommunications, information technologies with regard to the requirements of modern technologies of production.

JSC Kazakhtelecom plans to organize the practical training of students of professional schools and colleges in telecommunications, information technologies in branches of company. Also the leading telecommunication operator if possible will contribute to job placement of final-year students of professional schools and colleges in branches of JSC Kazakhtelecom.

Ministry of education and science of RK will improve acting standards and work out new State obligatory standards of technical and professional education. Also Ministry is entrusted with tasks of conditions’ creation for advanced training of teachers and masters of industrial training of educational institutions of technical and professional education according to the requirements of new technologies of production. The specialists of ministry will conduct permanent work on study and usage of up-to-date experience in skill formation including telecommunications, as well as organize seminars, meetings and consultations on items of retraining and advanced training of personnel.

Ministry will assist to development of close collaboration between educational institutions of technical and professional education and JSC Kazakhtelecom. The well-run interaction of sides will contribute to development of state-private partnership in skill formation of technical and service labour.

Today in system of technical and professional education of Republic about 1, 5 thousands of young citizens study in 11 educational institutions by specialities of telecommunications.

In Kazakhstan the sector of informatization and telecommunication actively develops, as well as state programs on introduction of "electronic government " of Republic of Kazakhstan and reducing of information inequality are realized.

In this connection demand for the highly skilled staff grows. In the light of realization of missive of President of RK "New Kazakhstan in new world ", in which important role of high technologies and innovations in traditional economics and state management is accentuated , JSC Kazakhtelecom put much weight on development of human capital , without of which the stable development of sector and country wholly is impossible .

With purpose for improving of educational level of future specialists JSC Kazakhtelecom gives quotes for study in specialized Institutions of Higher Education. Among specialized Institutions of Higher Education : Almaty institute of energetics and telecommunications (AIET), Moscow technical university of telecommunication and informatics (MTUTI ), St. Petersburg State university of telecommunications, Siberian State university of telecommunications and informatics (SSUTI, Novosibirsk city ), Povolzhskaya State academy of telecommunication and informatics (PSATI , Samara city ) and Odesskaya National academy of telecommunications named A.S.Popov (ONAT , Odessa city ). For purpose of material incentives for good results of study the scholarships of JSC Kazakhtelecom are provided to advanced students (who study under quota).

The system of personnel training for infotelecommunication sector on quota of JSC Kazakhtelecom annually is improved. In 2007 the Association of Institutions of Higher Education of Kazakhstan awarded the diploma "For active grant support and sponsor help in training of young specialists in kazakhstani Institutions of Higher Education " to JSC Kazakhtelecom. JSC Kazakhtelecom carries out the specialist training at the expenses of company from 1997.

JSC Kazakhtelecom has deep traditions in skill formation and advanced training, – the director of Department of personnel management of JSC Kazakhtelecom Dalyapraz Buketova notes. – We annually appropriate not only resources for students training, but also five free grants for gifted kazakhstani youth. We also hold the precedence in electronic (remote) training among telecommunication companies of CIS countries that was confirmed on 11-th meeting of Coordination Council of CIS on informatization under RCC, which was held in Urmala in 2007.
