Lipetskenergo Spends RUB 5 Million on Personnel Training
OREANDA-NEWS. On 31 January 2008 was announced, that during 2007 more than thousand employees of JSC Lipetskenergo (which is part of configuration of JSC IDGC of Center) - including 99 managers, 169 specialists, and 795 workers, passed training courses.
Personnel training was carried out according to the main directions of modernization and technical re-equipment, various administrative programs, production and ecological safety.
Besides, workers of JSC Lipetskenergo were trained on specialized short-term courses and seminars, took active part in exhibitions devoted to various kinds of activity of the power energy branch.
Within the limits of realization of actions for labor safety, JSC Lipetskenergo paid special attention to training of the personnel of industrial sanitary and culture of production. Specialized training on preservation of the environment and handling dangerous waste was carried out in the company for persons responsible for maintenance of ecological safety of production.
Within 2007 for the purpose of introduction of the quality management system and reception by the Company of international standard of International Standards Organization 9001:2000 Corporate University of Distribution Grids (CUDG) carried out training of employees of JSC Lipetskenergo in bases of quality management, bases of modeling of QMS processes with use of ARIS means and internal audits of quality management systems. JSC IDGC of Center together with JSC Fainomika consulting company organized carrying out of some seminars devoted to strategic development of Lipetskenergo in 2007-2010 for heads of all levels.
For attraction and keeping of young experts JSC Lipetskenergo provides possibility to workers to get profile education in higher educational institutions at the expense of the enterprise. For these purposes more than 200 thousand rbl. was spent.
In 2007 JSC Lipetskenergo started the program of target training of students of profile specialties of Lipetsk State Technical University under the program Relay protection and automatics for the purpose of further employment and filling of vacancies of rare professions in industrial divisions of the company on the territory of the Lipetsk Region.
