OREANDA-NEWS.  On 30 January 2008 State Institution “Administration of free economic zone “Minsk” announces about holding of the open tender the purpose of which is to select a strategic investor for construction of a transport-logistic center (park) in FEZ “Minsk” near the territory of the “National Airport Minsk”.
The tender is held according to the Instructions of the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Belarus of 08.01.2008 N2p.

The approximate cost of building of objects of a transport-logistic center (park) amounts to not less than 200 million USD, depending on investors’ offers.

Participants of the tender may be: legal entities of any form of ownership, not undergoing liquidation, reorganization or bankruptcy proceedings, not having any tax outstandings, who receive the tender documentation in the established order and present all necessary documents.
A person, interested in participation in the tender, to receive the tender documentation should address to the Organizer with an informal written application signed by the Director or other authorized person with a brief information on the company and examples of implemented (or under implementation) investment projects of similar sphere.

The application should be presented to the address: 220070, Minsk, prospect Partizanskiy, 12A, office 8, every workday from 08.30 till 13.00 and from 14.00 till 17.30.
