OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2007. Ukrsotsbank is going to increase the number of self-service zones to 140 pieces as on the results of 2008, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

According to the deputy chairwoman, Iryna Kniazeva, Ukrsotsbank is going to provide clients with the opportunity to repay their loans and perform cash and exchange operations in the self-service zones throughout Ukraine round-the-clock already this year.

The main advantage of the use of self-service zones for the bank’s clients is a round-the-clock work; due to this the clients do not depend on the working hours of the offices. The state of art technologies are being used in the zones (deposit ATM, self-service terminal, organized a direct communication with the Contact Center of the Bank), provided the necessary level of security and confidentiality.

Today one can perform numerous operations in the self-service zones:

Cash withdrawal or immediate replenishment of the card account with cash
Money transfer from one card to another
Mini-excerpt on the card (last 10 operations)
Excerpt on the card account
The Oshchadny (Saving) account activation
Money transfer from and to the Oshchadny account
Card PIN code change
Purchase of recharge cards of mobile operators, Internet services providers and IP-telecommunications
Bank card blocking
Bank card re-issuance
Connection to mobile banking
Receive calculations and preliminary loan decision

The list of services is constantly increasing.
