OREANDA-NEWS.  On January 22, 2008, a meeting of the First deputy Head of STA of Ukraine Mr. Kaizerman with the Permanent representative of IMF in Ukraine Mr. Croat took place. The main target of meeting was the discussion of package of questions with competence of STA of Ukraine, the research of which is conducted in the context of holding of annual consultations according to the Article Fourth of Agreements of IMF.

In particular, there were discussed the questions of implementation of budget for 2007, including the implementation of plan of VAT receipts and situation with the tax debt in a fuel and energy sector. Also the sides discussed the question of indexes of profitable part of budget for 2008 and basic changes to the tax legislation, accepted at the end of the last year.
