OREANDA-NEWS. On January 22, 2008, the director of TMM in Kyiv Pavlo Chyslovskyi and deputy general director on strategic development and marketing of TMM Company Oleksiy Govorun took part in the meeting with the deputy Minister on Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine Anatoliy Berkuta concerning the involvement of investor-constructors in the process of creating engineering-transport and social infrastructure for population settlements.

During the meeting, held in discussion format, the issues on creating the new transparent and mutual mechanisms of attracting the constructors' funds for the development of engineering-transport and social infrastructure were raised. Anatoliy Berkuta regarded the discussion as the first stage of the dialogue among stakeholders – companies-constructors, leading actors on the engineering objects' development and exploitation services market, state institutions and local self-government agencies. He also suggested to submit the formalized proposals of the companies-constructors concerning the issues discussed to the ministry for consideration.
