On January 23, 2007 REMIKS-R JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list had provided KASE with the copy of notification of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about confirmation of report about results of shares' offering dated January 15, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE. 

Issue of shares of REMIKS-R JSC was divided into 1,000,000,000 common shares KZ1C51740013 and included into State register under number A5174.

According to notification of AFS as of September 16, 2007 333,473,333 common shares were not offered. Authorized capital was formed in size of KZT666,526,667.
