OREANDA-NEWS. On January 23, 2007 Ust-Kamenogorskiy reinforce plant JSC (Ust-Kamenogorsk, further - the company), shares of which are included into Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, had notified KASE by the official letter that on February 26, 2008 at 10:00 takes place the prescheduled general meeting of its shareholders with next agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- about prescheduled stoppage of authorities of member of Directors' board of company Greznev N.V.;

- about selection of member of Directors' board of the company.

Place of meeting holding: assembly hall, 6 Novaya Gavan settlement, Ust-Kamenogorsk. Start of registration of participants at 09:00 on February 26, 2008.

List of shareholders, having the right for participation in the meeting will be compiled on the bases of data of register system of shareholders as of February 20, 2008.

In case of quorum absence the repeated meeting takes place on February 27, 2008 at above mentioned address.
