OREANDA-NEWS. On January 25, 2007 Belarusian Prime Minister Sergei Sidorsky will take part in a session of the EurAsEC Interstate Council at the level of Prime Ministers which will be held in Moscow, reported the Official website www.government.by.
 
The formation of the legal base of the EurAsEC Customs Union will be the key issue on the agenda.

Drafts of several documents will be on the agenda as well. These are the concept of efficient use of water-power resources of the Central-Asian region, the agreement on basic principles of the EurAsEC monetary policy in regulating operations related to movement of capital, the agreement on stimulation and mutual protection of investments in the EurAsEC member states, the protocol on using the customs maps in movement of goods through the customs borders of the EurAsEC member states.

The agenda will also include the budget bill of the European Economic Community 2008, the implementation of the EurAsEC priority development areas programme 2003-2008 and its action plan.

The session will also discuss the issues relating to development of the interstate target programme of the Eurasian Economic Community “Innovation biotechnologies”, the development of social sphere in the EurAsEC member states and the measures aimed at intensifying the integration in this area.
