OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2008. As part of the project for transition to centralized model of information system of management in JSC "Tatenergo", one of the biggest power companies in Russia, was created the consolidated data base (KBD) ISU "PARUS" of each branch оf the holding.

Pursuant to program of development of the information technologies in JSC "Tatenergo" for 2005-2008 is done the work for creation of the single information field, uniting over 20 branches. For creation of complex system of control over financial and business activity of the holding is used the IS "PARUS". This project is supervised by the First Deputy General Director – Director for Economy and finances of JSC "Tatenergo" G.М. Minnehanova.

The necessary step towards formation оf the single central data base of the holding became the formation of KBD by creation of the full replica of the remote data bases of the branches with possibility of operative updating.

Creation of KBD is aimed at solution of specific tasks, and one of them – synchronization of the reference normative information in the entire holding and control over this process. Does not change the significant result of KBD creation – optimization of collection of reporting in each branch of the holding. Formerly this process was hard and slow. Today the staff of the head office have opportunity to review the reference data of the branches, independently, fast form the summary reports as in the holding, and selected branches.

To date the from KBD may be retrieved various reports, e.g. report on remaining stock ( in branches, groups of stock etc), necessary for financial and economical services for control over current funds, reference about the course of realization of the plans of capital construction (in branches, objects of capital construction) etc. In the present the task is solved regarding the formation of consolidated declaration of the VAT of the holding using KBD.

Project of creation of the replica of data bases of the branches was done together by specialists of "TatAISenergo" (branch of "Tatenergo") and Center of Corporate Solutions "PARUS". At first stage by remote updating were created the copies of each reference data by means of materialized presentations DBMS Oracle. Afterwards by special rules and packages of local replicating, after implementation of check up of each unique key of scheme "PARUS", identity of structure of each replicated table and reaching the storing of integrity of data in each branch, IT-specialists transferred information (some 420 million of entries) from materialized presentations to tables of scheme KBD ISU "PARUS".

In commissioning the KBD was unified the structure of the tables of the scheme "PARUS" DBMS Oracle of each branch of the holding. Task of unification of NSI in the branches of the holding was realized with help of the subsystem "Replication" PP "PARUS". To date daily local updating of some 50 thousand of entries in average pass in 5 minutes considering the check-ups.

Creation of KBD in JSC "Tatenergo" became the milestone towards IT-centralization - operation of each branch оf JSC "Tatenergo" to the single data base ISU "PARUS" (in the company are utilized the modules "Management of purchases, ware house, realization", "Finance Management", "Cost accounting and prime cost calculation", "Accounting", "Human resource management and payroll", "Salary and wages calculation"). Today already KBD became the mechanism of centralized keeping of the manuals and classifiers, allowed the staff of the head office to monitor the current situation in the branches, allowed to provide fast the necessary information to the top managers.
