OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2008. This year, JSC IDGC of the Center will continue global construction and scale reconstruction of power facilities of the subordinated companies,  the press service of the company announced. In comparison with the last year, in 2008, the expenses for capital construction will increase by 2.3 billion rubles, and this year they will equal 8.5 billion rubles.

Global projects for investments of this year should become construction of the second circuit of 10 km-overhead line with the voltage of 110 kV called Frunzenskaya-Tomarovka. The amount of more than 46.616 million rubles will be directed by the company to this due to depreciation. The line will allow to improve the electric mode in the southwest areas of the Belgorod area.

To remind, 330 kV Frunzenskaya substation was started up in 2007; it feeds such large enterprises of the Belgorod area as  Tomarovsky Autorepair Plant, Tomarovsky Brick-making Plant, JSC Tomarovsky Broiler, JSC  Agro-Streletskoe, JSC Agro-Pushkarnoe, and Gorvodokanal.
The sum of over 282.747 million rubles will be also directed to reconstruction of overhead lines of 10.04.16-10 kV in the Belgorod area. Nearby 200 million rubles is planned to be invested in reconstruction and new construction of OL 10-0.4 kV OL this year in the Kursk area: 125 km of networks will be repaired and about 100 km of networks will be replaced by new ones.

In the Bryansk area, over 68 million rubles will be directed to replacement of wires at SIP: 42.5 km of electric systems will be replaced. It will allow to raise reliability and uninterrupted operation of consumers’ power supply (short circuit is excluded due to crossing of phase conductors, casual overlapping, etc.). One of the important projects in the Bryansk area is technical re-equipment of Sovetskaya substation, construction of Solovyi substation of 110/10 kV. Nearby 64 million rubles and 194.571 million rubles will be directed for these purposes accordingly. The sources are depreciation, profit and proceeds of the credit to construction of Sb Solovyi.   

JSC IDGC of the Center will direct 85.4 million rubles to reconstruction of municipal networks in the Voronezh area. The credit means will be involved for this purpose. The payment for technical connection will be also used as a source of investments in 2008. Due to this, the technical re-equipment of substation No. 10 and cable line from Sb Kalininskaya will be held. Above 109 million rubles will be directed for this purpose.
 
One of priority investments of 2008 is creation of the areas of networks management centres. So, for example, the sum of 37.041 million rubles will be directed in JSC Kostromaenergo to the equipment of NMC, nearby 39 million rubles will be directed to modernization of the automated system of dispatching management of JSC Lipetskenergo and organization of RDM communication channels.
