OREANDA-NEWS. January 23, 2008. Kom-Pakt, a company belonging to ABG SPIN Group, has signed a framework agreement with Telekomunikacja Polska SA [joint-stock company]. The agreement has been concluded for 3 years, with the planned budget of PLN 2m. The subject of this agreement is the provision of licences for ERP Microsoft Dynamics Ax software, together with Axapta People and Kom-Bok software, deployment services and support services concerning this software. The agreement has been concluded with Telekomunikacja Polska SA and it guarantees entities belonging to TP Group ordering of Services, Support Services and Implementation Workshops from the Products Supplier upon terms and conditions not less favourable than stipulated in it.

Under the first order made on the basis of the Framework Agreement, a financial and accounting system is commissioned for 12 subsidiaries of Telekomunikacja Polska SA (they include Wirtualna Polska, Telefon 2000, TP Edukacja i wypoczynek, TP Teltech and TP Internet). The system licence has already been provided for 77 concurrent users. Pre-implementation analysis has been completed together with the system tests stage. Presently, acceptance tests and training for end users are ongoing. Next, the system is expected to be commissioned for production purposes and operational supervision will be provided.

The agreement with Telekomunikacja Polska SA is one of larger agreements concerning Microsoft Dynamics Ax system concluded by Kom-Pakt so far. What is important, it is developmental in nature, since based on the framework agreement direct agreements with other subsidiaries belonging to TP Group are negotiated as well.
