Credit-Rating Downgrades OJSC Vitaminy's Bonds to "uaCC"
OREANDA-NEWS. January 23, 2008. Credit-Rating, a nationally recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today downgraded and suspended the long-term credit rating assigned to UAH5m 5-year registered coupon bonds (A series) issued by Cherkassy Oblast-based Vitaminy OJSC to uaCC from uaCCC, the agency's press service reports.
An obligor or a debt liability with uaCC credit rating is characterised with the VERY HIGH DEFAULT POSSIBILITY.
In the course of the ratings revision procedure Credit-Rating took into account the fact that the situation at the company has been further aggravating: the Issuer has not met its commitments in fact it failed to make coupon payments on A series coupon bonds of UAH5m, which were to take place on November 21-23, 2007.
