Renaissance Capital to Work with in ?73.1 mln IPO of KDD Group N.V.
OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2007. Renaissance Capital today announces the exercise of the over-allotment option in connection with the offer of Shares (the "Offering") of KDD Group N.V. (KDD Group), the holding company of one of Ukraine's leading real estate investment and development groups, on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM).
Following the exercise of the over-allotment option in respect of 4,650,185 existing Shares of KDD Group by joint bookrunners Renaissance Capital and ING Bank N.V., London branch, the Offering comprises 36,528,556 ordinary shares of KDD Group, or approximately 22.6% of the company's issued share capital. At an issue price of GBP2.00 per share, the total size of the Offering is Ј73,057,112. This is the largest amount raised by any Ukrainian real estate developer on an international stock exchange to date.
The offering was among European and US institutional investors. The shares of KDD Group were admitted to trading on AIM on 19th December, 2007.

KDD Group N.V. (www.kddgroup.com.ua) is the holding company of one of the leading real estate investment and development companies in Ukraine with a diversified portfolio of real estate projects comprising offices, residential complexes, retail centres and mixed use projects. The Group currently has eight projects, of which three are in the groundwork construction phase and five are at various stages of design and development. These projects, which have a total planned gross area of approximately 2.7 million square metres, are located in the capital region of Kyiv with the exception of one residential project in L'viv.
