OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2008. National Factoring Company has been approved as full member of the world’s largest factoring association, Factors Chain International (FCI), the Company's press service reports. To qualify, a factoring company has to meet a number of requirements, e.g.: the company must have been a member of FCI for at least 3 years, its annual international factoring turnover must exceed EUR 20m, the candidate must provide sponsorship letters from at least three other full members of FCI, etc.

NFC is the only company in Russia, participating in both of the world's largest factoring associations: namely, NFC has been a member of International Factors Group (IFG) since 1999, and a member of FCI since 2004. Chairman of the Board of NFC, Mr. Treyvish, is a member of the Board of Directors of IFG and Vice-Chairman of IFG.

Thanks to the membership in the largest international factoring associations, NFC’s international factoring turnover enjoyed considerable growth, doubling in 2007. Furthermore, in 2007 NFC handled international factoring transactions with counterparts in more than 32 countries worldwide.
