OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2007. The insured accident occurred at the 196th km of the Yekaterinburg-Tyumen motorway. The driver of Toyota Camry started overtaking another vehicle while failing to ensure safety of this maneuver, thus leading to collision with Audi A8 moving in the opposite direction, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Motor third party liability of Toyota Camry owner, ROSNO client, had been insured under the AGO-Million policy enabling extension of insurance coverage from 400,000 to 1 mln roubles. The car itself had been insured under the MOD policy against theft, damage, and fire.

ROSNO has paid its client a MOD insurance compensation of 503 507 roubles, and reimbursed the aggrieved party for the inflicted damage under the AGO-Million policy, paying 1,000,000 roubles.

No one was hurt in the accident; yet both cars have been damaged beyond repairs.
