OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2007. Alexander Ananenkov, Deputy Chairman of the Company’s Management Committee held Gazprom Headquarters a meeting dedicated to the implementation of the first stage of the Shtokman field development.

The meeting was attended by Vasily Podyuk, Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Gas, Gas Condensate and Oil Production Department, Konstantin Chuichenko, Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Legal Department, Yaroslav Golko, Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Investment & Construction Department, Olga Pavlova, Member of the Management Committee, Head of the Asset Management and Corporate Relations Department, heads and specialists of the Company’s structural units and subsidiaries such as Sevmorneftegaz, Gazflot, VNIIGAZ and Giprospetsgaz.

The meeting participants discussed the major issues related to the implementation of the first stage of the Shtokman field development, placing a focus on the procedural issues concerning the establishment of a special-purpose company to manage engineering, financing, construction and operation of the facilities provided for at the first stage of the Shtokman development, as well as the extended project schedule implementation status.

According to the meeting results, Gazprom structural units and subsidiaries were assigned respective tasks.
