OREANDA-NEWS. January 17, 2008. According to the National Bank of Azerbaijan press service, the number of ATMs reached 1233 within 3rd quater of 2007 in Azerbaijan Republic. This figure stood for 1016 in the same period of the previous year. 765 of total ATMs are located in Baki and 468 in other cities and regions in the 3rd quarter of the current year. Within this period the number of Pos terminals in Azerbaijan accounted for 4242. This figure is also up compared to the same period of the previous year. 3826 of Pos terminals were located in Baku, and 416 of them in other cities and regions of Azerbaijan for the given period of the current year.
