OREANDA-NEWS. January 17, 2007. Erika Machakova, the barrister (authorized representative) of the branch office in Czech Republik of OJSC Transsib Re International Bureau published its advisory about amendment of legal regulation of reinsurance business on the European market. Being announced on the corporation’s website at the beginning of December the article called very keen interest of our colleagues. The statistics of site population proves it. Besides with our assent this article went public in Russia and Ukraine on two leading reinsurance portals.

At the end of 2007 this article was published in the magazine “Insurance dispute”, 21th issue (Pojistnй rozpravy и.21). It was a slight refashion made in English and Czech.

This magazine has been published since 1956. Insurance law, theory of insurance, insurance mathematics and economics are its topics. Many famous insurers are the authors that write the papers for this journal. The magazine appears under the aegis of Czech Insurance Companies Association of which local insurers are the part.
