OREANDA-NEWS. On January 15, 2007 by decision of Exchange council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) were confirmed changes and additions #2 (Amends) to internal document of KASE "Rules of organization and functioning of special trade floor of regional financial center of Almaty" (Rules), which are taking effect since January 15, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Amends were included:

- due to taking an effect by law of Republic of Kazakhstan "About inclusion of changes and additions to some legal norms of Republic of Kazakhstan concerning questions of development of regional financial center of Almaty" dated July 21, 2007 # 309-III (including in connection to  ability of KASE's members of "A" category to enter its' members of other categories and on the contrary - in connection to ability of KASE's members of other categories to enter its' members of "A" category);

- with objectives of reducing of rules in accordance with order of Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating the activities of regional financial center of Almaty dated September 8, 2006 #5;

- due to inclusion to Rules of term "debt securities" and exclusion from legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan about securities' market of term "qualification certificate";

- with objectives of specifying of list of organizations, which may be the initiators of admittance of corporate special securities to circulation in sector "Listing securities" of special trade floor of regional financial center of Almaty;

- with objectives of legal regulating of question about size of entrance membership fees while acceptance to KASE's members of "A" category of organizations, being its members of other categories.

Amends were coordinated with Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating the activities of regional financial center of Almaty on December 5, 2007 and with Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations on December 29, 2007.
