In 2007, "UTK" PJSC subscribed 97.5 thousand customers to Internet broadband access service in the Southern federal district, the press service of the company reported. As of January 1, 2008, number of DiSel subscribers reached 168.9 thousand, gaining 136.5 % over a year ago.

Customers of the Rostov and Krasnodar branches are the most active users of high-speed Internet access. As of January 1, 2008 the subscribers base in these regions reached 55 thousand and 45 thousand subscribers, accordingly. In December 2007 experts of UTK’s Krasnodar branch connected the five-thousandth and then the six-thousandth subscriber of high-speed Internet DiSeL in Sochi. Since the beginning of the year UTK’s market share in the broadband access segment of Olympic capital - 2014 jumped from 42% to 80%.

From 2007, "UTK" PJSC provides tariff plans "DiSeL-Unlim" to its clients - natural persons all over the licensed territory of the Company. It is one of the components of the Company’s strategy: to satisfy the growing demands of population, business, governmental authorities, educational institutions for high-tech services.

In 2007, "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC fulfilled the plan of xDSL-subscribers growth by 102.2%. At the beginning of the year, the installed capacity of xDSL-ports made 260.9 thousand.

By 2011, "UTK" PJSC plans to increase the number of broadband access subscribers to 800 thousand. Realization of these plans is supported by integrated marketing policy: active advertising and information support of the brand, carrying out of various promotional actions and lotteries, provision of additional services to customers, competitive tariff reductions.
